Hi, I am Roussel from Bangladesh. I am a Cognitive Scientist with a background in Mechanical Engineering. My research goal is to understand how humans generally learn complex tasks. To this goal, I investigate human learning in a variety of complex tasks by developing mathematical models of individual performance and learning. At SLAC/GISMo, I am investigating how individuals learn an extremely complex task -- operating particle accelerators -- to find ways to improve training and accelerate the learning process of future operators.
